i just redeemed Grid legends and NFS heat on prime gaming. I can see them in my online library in the browser but i launch the ea desktop app and there arent there and it says I have to buy them. How to i fix this

Having the same issue. Game shows in the collection on EA App but is greyed out. When I click on it only option is to buy it even though I redeemed it from Prime Gaming and even bought the Deluxe Edition Upgrade from the store. 

Hey @kilabogan the team is aware that some users are not seeing the Prime Gaming titles reflected on the EA App and are currently investigating.

As soon as we have any further info we will update you.

For the time being, you can play them through Origin.
