EA App Cache path
Speaking of when I click App Recovery to clear cache... does anyone know where the actual cache folder is?
For example, my Sims 4 folder is here C:\Users\debor\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

I created a .bat file to clean my Sims 4 folder from cache and Last Exception error files. I'd like to do the same to automatically clear cache on a regular basis. EA app gets sluggish quite often on my laptop, but clearing cache usually does the trick. Does anyone know the folder path?

What I could find is that there are 2 cache folders in the following locations:- %localappdata%\EALaunchHelper\cache
- %localappdata%\EADesktop\cache
The EA App has its own method to clean the cache; as seen in this help post, I do understand it may be easier to use a script when doing this frequently to avoid issues with modding. I'm not quite sure how the app would react when clearing these folders yourself, so do this at your own risk, as I haven't tested this myself.
