Are you not able to locate the pack in-game? Please check your order history page for the transaction to confirm you're signed in to the same EA account you used to purchase the pack. 

Afterward, can you confirm whether the pack was installed under Library > The Sims 4 > Manage Add-ons? And is the pack active in-game under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection? If not, you'll need to select the pack and click 'Confirm' to activate it.
