i am having the same issue, and it was working this morning. afaik nothing on my pc has changed. i checked for updates but it was just defender profile stuff.
all it says is a quick restart should fix it but it just goes into this loop of saying the same thing upon restart.

Oh, ok. i just assumed everyone is hardwired like me. Ethernet straight to my desktop.
