EA App opens to a blank screen

Every time I tap on my ea app it opens to a black rectangle. Where there should be the sign in section it is blank and I can not do anything. I have cleared clache's, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have ran a file checker. I have contacted EA on more than one occasion and I have tried what they said to do and nothing. I have run as an administrator and still jus open to a blank screen. I literally just want to play the sims. I have been having this problem for over a year now and I have no idea as to what I should do. I just wish EA would make an app that actually works. I never had these problems with the orgin. 

Anyway if any has any tips on how to fix the problem plus help.
