EA App refund

Hey everyone, i bought the sims medieval game for Mac (triple checked this) , but when i went to the EA App it says it only works on windows and doesn’t let me download it. I have a macbook air m2 so...

    I chose different topics, doesn't matter what i choose it gives me the option to either chat with them or email, in any case when i click on the bubble it just redirects me to the help.ea.com page without any pop up or anything :/ i honestly appreciate the help but i think i'll deem my 12euros as lost

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. If you're unable to get a refund directly through the website, you will need to contact EA Help. Please try going to this page, then scroll down to the bottom and select "Contact Us". From there you will be prompted to fill out a form and you should be given the contact options after that. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey thank you for your reply, I already did that but when I try to submit the form it  redirects me to the Help EA page, it also gives me the option to contact them through chat or email but both links are broken and it redirects me again to Help EA. Been trying to get a refund again today, but it's doing the same thing. It just gets stuck loading... Dear Lord.

    I'm sorry to hear that. If the chat option is appearing, perhaps we can try to troubleshoot the browser to see if the chat pop-up appears when you click on it. Are you using any ad or pop-up blockers? If yes, please try to temporarily disable them when using the EA Help website. Another alternative would be using a different web browser. Please try these steps and let me know how that goes.
