EA App refund

Hey everyone, i bought the sims medieval game for Mac (triple checked this) , but when i went to the EA App it says it only works on windows and doesn’t let me download it. I have a macbook air m2 so...

    I chose different topics, doesn't matter what i choose it gives me the option to either chat with them or email, in any case when i click on the bubble it just redirects me to the help.ea.com page without any pop up or anything :/ i honestly appreciate the help but i think i'll deem my 12euros as lost

That chat option does not appear :( I have tried in all browsers with the least protection settings as possible including pop-up block/ad block but it just doesn't finish loading... The fact that I also cannot reach them through e-mail or anything is very frustrating, god why did I do this

Can you please confirm what topic you are selecting? Sometimes, depending on the topic that you select when filling out the form, the chat option might not be available. Usually, choosing "Update EA account" gives you the chat as an option. If, after that, you still don't see the chat, please try creating a ticket while logged out.
