EA App
Dear EA, my question is this. Why are you holding my games for ransom to force me to install your software! I paid for these games and now I can't use them unless I install your software. The correct thing to do for your customers is to allow them to opt out of something if they are happy with how things are working.
The definition of this kind of behavior is, coercion!!
As a person who has worked in the retail industry on the highest levels, I can honestly tell you that you are treating your customers with the worst customer service possible.
Judging from the reviews and complaints from customers it seems your app isn't working anyway.
If I cannot use my games without having to upgrade to your dysfunctional app, you leave me no other choice, but to uninstall my several hundred dollars worth of games, deleting Origin and never use your company again.
Further I will go to Yelp and all other review forums and write the most scathing review that is allowed on a public forum and discourage people to buy anything from you!
To be honest I am quite disappointed, I actually love the games I have and your behavior has disallowed me to enjoy them any more.
Simply put, you guys have really screwed up!
Believe me I'm not the only one who feels this way and if you care about your fan base you will rethink what you have done!
Disgusted and Angry,
Radogamer, aka John
Hey @Truevoiceman you have needed an EA launcher in order to launch and play EA games for a number of years now.
In order to play EA games on PC you will need to use the EA app.
