EA Desktop / XBox App game install failure. Where is the support?
I have a household with 3 Xbox Game Pass Ultimate users on 3 separate Windows 10 PC's. We have all successfully installed EA Desktop onto our machines. My two daughters have signed up for new EA accounts and succesfully linked their Xbox accounts showing in both their XBox App and EA online account. Neither can install any games either via the XBox App or the EA Desktop App. One second of an orange circle and then nothing. I haven't linked mine yet as I want to change my email and EA want to make everything as laborious as possible, I want to change it when I see progress on the EA Desktop problem.
Three weeks after launch of the XBox Gamepass PC/EA Desktop and I can not find any acknowledgement of this issue. Plenty of people reporting it but no acknowledgment, support or help which is seriously disappointing. I have tried everything regarding unlinking, uninstalling etc but no change. Why is it so hard for EA to say "yes we are aware there are issues and we are working to fix them"?
