EA Desktop app doesn't launch games properly

Can you use Origin? If you can is the same thing happening there?

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window. 

This is my dxdiag.txt file and I have been trying Origin too and it had the same problem, even reinstalling the game through Origin did not help.

There are TDR errors in your DxDiag.

That means the display driver is not reacting in a from Windows specified time. As a result Windows reset the GPU.

• Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
• Install the graphics driver > Go online.
• Test.

Did all of that and now I get something else. After opening the game I get a black screen, display 1 says no signal and I can't do anything else just restart my whole pc.

Do you have games on other clients Steam for example and do they work?

• Hit Windows key and X.
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered.
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
• If errors are found, notify us. If no errors were found reaped steps 1 & 2.
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes. > ENTER.
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here.
• After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key and X again.
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command Prompt (Administrator)”
• Inside the PowerShell or CMD, enter “sfc /scannow” without quotes. >ENTER.
• Post the message you receive at the end of the processes here.

The first two CMD operations I did had good results but the last one gave me something different.
It said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."
Did it really fix something by itself?

Yes I am playing on other clients too. I use Battle.Net, Steam, Epic Games, and all of them work just fine.

Also I have made a new DxDiag.
