My account was hacked and i got banned

So I recently discovered my ea account had been hacked and that they changed the email linked to it when i tried playing titanfall 2 through steam. I was able to recover my account through the ea support but i was told by support that i had been banned in apex. I was told i could just appeal it with the tos team and it should be fixed. I have appealed it almost 6 teams now and its been 3 weeks since my first appeal and i keep getting denied without any explanation.  I cant even try to talk to them since they have no way to contact the tos team and if you contact the support team they tell you to send an appeal so you just end up in a never ending loop.

I did some research and this has been an issues across many users and just shows that ea doesn't take their customer security seriously. Scrolling through this forums you will find hundreds of messages just like mine as well as through any other forums or social medias.
