EA Desktop app installation location (the client, not the games)

Everytime I double click on the EADesktopInstaller.exe file, EA Desktop would automatically install itself on the default C:\ or System drive, with no prompt or option to change the installation directory to a different drive or path.

    Hey @zsy55555,

    It is possible that due to that the EA app still is in beta (development), that it's currently not yet possible to change the install location of the EA app.

    @EA_Leeuw Please solve as soon as possible, otherwise really do not want to install the new version of the program

    @EA_Leeuw I deleted the computer’s local data, but cloud sync didn’t sync the data to local when I started the origin game, and I set the restore archive in the game settings (but only the 2022/3/7 archive) , still can not restore (enter the game is not archived) , please give the official solution, origin restore to the game 2022/4/5 of the Archive

     

    I really don’t want to re-create the new archive FIFA22

    Hey @zsy55555, thanks for the feedback regarding the EA app.

    Regarding the cloud sync issue that you're experiencing; unfortunately, the EA app doesn't support cloud sync data yet.
