EA stealing expansions, add-ons, and kits.

Question

When Origin was still the Sims gaming app, I had spent around $500 on expansions, add-ons, and kits. When I went to play Sims again around 2 years ago, the switch from Origin to EA happened and all of my expansions, add-ons, and kits were gone. In the last few weeks, when EA updated the app or whatever the update was for, a bunch of my expansions, add-ons, and kits came back. I went to download the Parenthood ad-on, but it is not in my library. I went on browse to see if it says I own it and it's showing I don't. This is getting really exhausting. I'm sick of this company. How do I get my add-on without paying for it again?

Same I lost a ton of games, probably more considering ones I can't even remember, and DLC, yeah good luck remember every DLC I guess to check if its there or not.
