Game Loading Then Closing Down

Question

After downloading the EA Desktop App on pc everything seemed fine &amp; was looking forward to using it. l BOUGHT '' Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic '' ( Classic Game ) Loaded it up made my character clicked on play it started to load into the game screen went black &amp; back to the EA Desktop thought I had clicked on something so went through it again &amp; the same thing happened. Uninstalled everything re-download &amp; it's still the same. An update has just been done on 23/03/21 tried again &amp; the same thing happened again. Is there a way round this or do l have to wait for an update for this it ?&nbsp;

This might or might not be an issue with the EA Desktop app.

Did you tried to start the game with Origin?

Tried Origin more or less the same only difference is the screen stays black for longer. Its like it's trying to load then gives up

Than it is most likely a game problem or system problem.
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that&nbsp; with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.&nbsp;
