GAMES ARE NOT LAUNCHING !!!!!!!!

i have f1 24 from the game pass and fc 25 fc was running fine till one day it wouldn't run i tried to install f1 24 to check if the problem was from fc and turned on it wasn't its from the launcher tried many solutions none worked for me
