Games not owned but with owned DLC

Hi I own mass effect 3 with all of it s contents, but on EA Desktop is doesn't appear as owned, but all of it content does appear as owned, so I can't play / install the game from the app, on the origin app is ok

And on EA Desktop I don't own it, this has happened from the beginning of the app.

DLCS owned on EA Desktop

I'm also missing Star Wars Battlefront 2: (Epic Games Store), Star Wars Jedi: The Fallen Order (Steam) and Mirrors Edge Catalyst (Steam)

I know it is still in beta and some games are missing, but it is quite tedious to be opening various apps just to play one game or the other. So for now the EA desktop is not working for me from the beginning.

@serge512, I truly understand that you would like to use your copy of Mass Effect 3 everywhere and whenever possible.
However, it is very well possible that there might be an issue with your EA account, if EA Desktop mentions that you don't own the game, while Origin mentions that you do.
Unfortunatly, this is not something I or we can check via the forums, but the best thing you can do is checking with our Live Support team to see if they can spot something odd on your account, or not. You can contact them via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.

What unfortunate to hear that you're having issues with Mass Effect 3 not working correctly via EA Desktop.

You mention that you see the game as Owned in Origin, but are you also able to download/install and play the game via Origin?

Regarding the Steam & Epic Game Store integration for the versions of the games that are released on those platforms; this is indeed not present in the EA Desktop app, you indeed need to use Origin for that. However, I will gladly take this as feedback and pass it on to the teams of the EA Desktop app!

Yes, I currently have mass effect 3 installed and can play it online and offline
About the other games, good to know will stick to origin for now, but I would also like to have my owned copy of mass effect 3 on EA Desktop
