Games not owned but with owned DLC

Hi I own mass effect 3 with all of it s contents, but on EA Desktop is doesn't appear as owned, but all of it content does appear as owned, so I can't play / install the game from the app, on the ori...

@serge512, I truly understand that you would like to use your copy of Mass Effect 3 everywhere and whenever possible.
However, it is very well possible that there might be an issue with your EA account, if EA Desktop mentions that you don't own the game, while Origin mentions that you do.
Unfortunatly, this is not something I or we can check via the forums, but the best thing you can do is checking with our Live Support team to see if they can spot something odd on your account, or not. You can contact them via https://help.ea.com/contact-us.

Yes, I currently have mass effect 3 installed and can play it online and offline

About the other games, good to know will stick to origin for now, but I would also like to have my owned copy of mass effect 3 on EA Desktop
