You mention from the ea.com website, could you link it here by any chance?

If you previously own them on Origin you can reinstall them from there, it's likely they are unavailable on EA Desktop so use Origin instead.

That is incorrect. All games that were (or are) available via Origin, should also be available via the EA app, as long as you sign in with the correct EA account.
