How can I actually Exit out of app?

Hey, I'm just curious why the "X" button minimizes the app to the system tray instead of exiting out of the game? If I wanted to minimize it, I would hit minimize. If I want to X-it out of the game, I "X" it out.

So why does this app minimize to the system tray and not have a setting to change it so it actually X's out when I X it out. Also, it continues to run a background service as well, after all that.

Is there a way to have the background service end without going into the task manager?

I can't believe that it's somehow okay to have the game not exit out when you hit X, then have to manually exit out from the tray, then manually end the background service from the task manager... With absolutely no settings that allow us to control our own computers. Especially considering many of us were forced into using this app from the Origin app. 

I have an old computer that just isn't able to have all these additional things running in the background and I can't imagine the burden should be on me to manually exit out of the app 3 times, in 3 different ways, to actually Exit it out. This should be illegal.
