How do I play the Sims 4 offline with the EA app?

I have recently installed the EA app, as was recommended. Before with the Origin app I could choose the play offline, but now that is not possible anymore. My internet is currently down. I cannot o...

I don’t have internet but I did in fact buy the horse expansion packs and have been collecting for some time now I am unable to offline sirs and ma’am’s

@BigBunnie1109 I'm sad to say I am in the same situation and because of this I have uninstalled the game. It's completely unplayable.
