Is there a way to entire disable the EA App launcher? I'd love to be able to play my PAID FOR GAMES. The EA App launcher doesn't work, it will never work, just give up on it before you get even more angry people screaming at you.
You'd think filing a support ticket would be all you need to do to fix it, but nope. Your staff can't even do that job and just close every ticket about this issue without replying to any of them.
I'm sick to death of the problems around this new app. It's terrible. I am exhausted by how hard it is to contact anyone at EA for support and I totally agree that they refuse to offer reliable support for their game platform. Had Steam been a way to install and purchase the Sims 4 at the beginning I sure would have. At least Steam knows how to keep their platform running reliably for more than a couple of weeks at a time.

Just had this issue pop up after the last update. Tried everything in the forums short of total factory reset of my PC to no avail. I never thought I'd see a worse app than Origin. It's like the top brass at EA are literally cenobyte demons, crafting the perfect instrument of pain to force on their customers.
I wanna know the same thing especially since you can't link more than one EA account to your steam or unlink it from your steam through your steam account, I have an account I have no way to access at the moment linked to my steam, which is preventing me from giving Sims 4 a try, but from what I'm guessing and more importantly, will prevent me playing a game a friend got for me, effectively meaning said friend just wasted money. . .
