I'm sick to death of the problems around this new app. It's terrible. I am exhausted by how hard it is to contact anyone at EA for support and I totally agree that they refuse to offer reliable support for their game platform. Had Steam been a way to install and purchase the Sims 4 at the beginning I sure would have. At least Steam knows how to keep their platform running reliably for more than a couple of weeks at a time.
