How to get un banned ? PS5

Ea banned Thousands of people the last 3 days . I am a Disabled Army Veteran. I pre ordered the Madden 24 on July 18th and renewed my PlayStation plus for a year . Spent 170 bucks. They permanently banned me for what is said Coin distribution. I have never bought coins or violated the terms . Zirksee is trying to get Ea to unban all these people. If you were part of this wreckless and horrible Permanent ban I would love to hear about what happened and if they un banned you&nbsp; yet ? How does Ea let " BOTS " Permanently ban all these people a day before Maddie 24 early access starts ? Big L for Madden 24 💯

@NikeI23IJordan&nbsp; The forums are not equipped to deal with bans/suspensions since it is the job of Terms of Service team to deal with this issue.I feel your pain as well, but in a different way. My EA account was ban on June 7/ 23 for allegedly violating the user agreement or terms of sale even thou I was logged out of my account since May 20/ 23. I appealed multiple times and got generic responses from ToS in return. I'm still banned till this day and I still don't know exactly why they banned me in the first place.
