How to put CD Rom games onto new EA account

I have an old account which was deleted and is the account I used to install all of my CD Rom Sims 3 games onto but EA accidentally deleted the account while trying to delete a different account so I had to make a 3rd account so I can re-install all of my disc games. I was wondering if since my games were verified and linked on a different account if this will even be possible? Also, how do I install the games onto the EA app? I have them installed on my PC buy I see no "install games" option. I redeemed one of the game codes on the app but it's still not showing up.

Why is dealing with anything related to EA always such a nightmare???
