i cant transfer game data from xbox to xbox app on pc?

hello all. 

im looking for some help with this because support hasnt helped and now the option to ask for help on the ea.help.com or whatever has been greyed out (dont know why) so i turn to you to help me

the problem: i want to play PVZ GW2 on my pc via xbox app to keep my data from my xbox (im lv 61 with the three bars) but i find that when logging into my account on my pc via xbox app it doest say "logging in (xbox uername) to EA servers" like it does on my xbox when i launch PVZ GW2 so my question is how can i play my game and have my data too? im still tecnically using the same application just on a different place.

could someone please help
