It sounds like you received a ban, not a suspension. Here's what it shares in the article 'How EA bans and suspensions work':

The Terms of Service team will get it and take a look into things for you. They overturn bans if their investigation shows the ban doesn't belong on the account. If the investigation shows the ban was added correctly for rule-breaking however, then it will remain in place.
