    From the site here you can select EA app as the product, then go to See All Help Topics, select Manage My Account-> I want to move my game progress to another account. From here, you'll see the current available contact options.

@EA_Solaire when you click on the help site here it just takes you in circles and there is no where for me to contact some one for a code. I spent money on the horse exp pack and she will not be able to play it on christmas without a base game code.
