I was charged 4 times the price of Battlefield 2042

Hey @HiTMan_AJNT It is unusual that you can purchase the same game multiple times on one account. Please contact our support team, and they will review your account regarding this.

The game is currently on sale during Black Friday week, but there are two editions available. Could you please check your purchase history to see which edition you purchased?

I purchased Elite edition which costs Rs 950... i just realised that it is INR not PKR, which confused me considering the currency mentioned there was only Rs without any disctinction between PKR(Pakistani Rupee) and INR(Indian Rupee) ... i would like a refund... how can i post a request for it.. it's only been some hours since i purchased the game.

Is there any way that this Elite Edition can be replaced with the Standard Edition ?

@EA_Pulsar I have some questions for refund.... i was actually charged 1130 INR instead of mentioned 950..... i want to know if the refund amount be sent to my bank account or will it be saved to my EA account.... Also i want to know how much will i be refunded ?
If there is option for replacing Elite Edition with standard... will the amount be refunded to bank account ?
