I uninstalled ea app and since then I can't install it again. All the methods I've tried don't work. please help

let's find out what is causing interference with the installation of the EA App
What methods have you tried exactly so far?
In the meantime, if you haven't yet, please check if this situation persists after closing all other apps in the background, performing a clean boot, and clearing the cached data. Sometimes, other apps running in the background or the cached data are involved.
I could also find that this error might be related to some missing data on the PC.
Check for any updates you need to download for the system, and follow the steps in this guide to download and manually install the Windows Runtime package that might be missing.
If none of the above works, I'd recommend reinstalling the App using a different connection; it might help isolate this problem. It might also help if you set up a new Administrator account on the PC to try installing the EA App on your machine to ensure you have all the necessary writing permissions.
Let us know if this same error persists for you afterward!
it seems to me that the remnants of ea are blocking the installation but I don't know how to remove them (I cleared cached data)

What makes you think that? Are you still getting the same error message or a different one now?
If none of the suggestions I shared with you worked, including downloading the Runtime package from the Microsoft website and setting up a new Administrator Account, it might also help to run CCleaner to clear out issues and errors on the PC.

when I try to install EA, the entire installed application immediately appears in the applications, but it is not in any folder and then the error I wrote about at the beginning appears and everything is deleted.

Uhm, that's not so odd. During the installation, folders are created, which might be what's causing the app to show up in the applications.
However, it makes sense that they are removed or disappear when the installation doesn't go through.
After clearing the cached data, have you tried the other troubleshooting I sent earlier?
