Is there a setting to completly close the EA app on exit?

I recall a option on Origin that would shut the app down on exit but I can't find such option in the new EA App. Rather, the app will instead default to minimizing to the background but stay running....

incredibly funny that the EA staff didn't reply to any of the grievances about not being able to quit the app without the task manager until someone said that it's a data harvesting backdoor
