Live chat

Why is it quite literally impossible to get on to the live chat? I need to help to get my Twitch account linked to my EA account, since I already had 1 linked - which was just a random string of letters and numbers with absolutely no way to tell what username the account was - and I unlinked it, and now I can't link any other twitch account because you can only link 1 per lifetime, which is idiotic.
