ea support not working

I am attempting to start a case for a ban on discord battlelabs due to what seemed to be a hateful conduct violation (yes I know, but I want to know what I said that could have been construed as such) maybe find out if a moderator had a trigger happy finger last night and just misinterpreted what i said perhaps? 

I attempted to send a case for an appeal, pleading my case and finding out what I could have said that was deemed "hateful conduct" but it either says it doesn't work, 500 internal error, or says it is sending to email "null". and my case does not show up in my account as active. Not sure what to do. 

Thoughts??
