Steam account linked to different acount

Im trying to play the battlefield 6 beta i have the game installed on steam but my steam account is linked to a ea account and email that i dont own and dont have access to and i dont know how to get it back.

    Join the club man.  File a BBB complaint because customer support isn't going to help you unlink accounts.
