LOCKED OUT OF EMAIL
Crisis mode activated. I need help!!
My EA account was made in 2011 under an email which I do not have access to anymore. I've been lucky up until this point that I haven't been locked out or asked for an email verification, but once I get one I'm in big trouble because I will lose the $500+ I've spent on Sims 4.
I tried to connect with an advisor and opened a case but the chat never opened. It said that the case was solved on their end and a chat happened, but I never spoke to them! Now I can't even find the option for a chat anymore. I need serious help. What do I do?!

Unfortunately we can't help with acount issues here on the forums, but if you're not seeing the option for a chat anymore, try reaching out to our live support team through an incognito tab without logging in. That should work.
