Email and account got hack ( but email is back, and ea account is lost). help

7 january 2026, indonesian time, my email got hacked. inside is steam account, ea account, epic account.

i play apex legends via steam, linked to ea account. suddenly 9 jan 2026, apex need to register again. when i check the account, doesnt exist anymore. 5000hours gameplay is gone like that.

 

what am i supposed to do? is there any chance? or no?

notes : i got my email back. when i login to ea, said no id or account bind to this email ( maybe the hacker already change the email on the id ).

    Already. 3 times, with the chronology, and picture. after submit, no notification or open case or something? or i miss some step?

    and there is no email notification about the problem that i submitted.

    Try following these steps:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    • Type EA Account into the search field
    • Select the EA Account tile
    • Click on See more topics
    • Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
    • Click on the option for chat
