Madden 26 unreal 1st place rewards

I got first place in this event with hours of grinding and people that placed lower got better rewards, is this a glitch? I never got a pack to open after trying to collect my reward, this is ridiculous to think we’re supposed to grind hours of gameplay for lackluster or no rewards at all especially when people playing lower got better rewards. As a loyal customer please fix this

    Why did I only get 5k for my 1st place prize for the event that we just had. The unreal campaign event. Did anyone else have a junk reward? Come on ea we play Madden and grind to stay on top of the leader board and that's what I get 5k come on now

    Yeah same here man EA should give us a make right pack cause hours of staying first place and the whole weekend doing that. I only got 5k for my first place reward that sucks. Come on ea 4real
