My account was stolen

My account has been hacked. When I try to log in with my email address or phone number, I get a "mail or number not found" error. When I enter my email address and click "forgot password," it asks if I want a code sent to a completely different email address. I've been using this hacked account for years and have made purchases before. I have screenshots of the receipts in my email.
