    I'm sorry to say, we're not able to help with hacked accounts over Answers HQ. You can find more information on this in the article here. Also, you're welcome to contact an advisor for assistance. That can be done by following these instructions for opening a case. Thank you.

    Hello, I’m having serious trouble with my account. It says I was active in another country and now I can’t  login in and says I’m suspended/ banned. I’ve followed all the steps and set a case but I’ve heard nothing back? Is there anything I can do?

    You'll need to open another case to see if an advisor can help with this. It's not something we can handle over Answers HQ.
