No Ultima Online Digital content in the New App Store

The Problem that I have right now with the Store is this, I know the game I am trying to purchase Digital content for is an older game, but I still need to buy things. Ultima Online Monthly Subscriptions and the currency to buy thing from the in game store. Any hint when these options will be added to the App Store?
