Not able to get Live Support via EA-Help/Salesforce
Hello,
I am trying to somehow get my account reset so that I can link my Twitch account since the years old twitch account got deleted and I got a new one for the Twitch drops.
I really want to keep my EA Account that I have since 2008 and not use a new one just for Twitch drops, I think I have every battlefield that was not on DVD/CD on that account.
I tried to contact EA Help, but sadly something must be wrong. The EA Advisor booted me out of the chat without help because "I contacted him from another account" which of course, I was not.
I made a new account and it seems on the new account your CRM System is working correctly the E-Mail does not show up as "null" but of course this is another Account i just opened for testing my end.
I tried everything from myside resetting browser, cookies, sign out, sing in, multiple times. Something seems to be wrong with my Account EA ID: AMREX
