Not able to get Live Support via EA-Help/Salesforce
Hello, I am trying to somehow get my account reset so that I can link my Twitch account since the years old twitch account got deleted and I got a new one for the Twitch drops. I really want to keep my EA Account that I have since 2008 and not use a new one just for Twitch drops, I think I have every battlefield that was not on DVD/CD on that account. I tried to contact EA Help, but sadly something must be wrong. The EA Advisor booted me out of the chat without help because "I contacted him from another account" which of course, I was not. I made a new account and it seems on the new account your CRM System is working correctly the E-Mail does not show up as "null" but of course this is another Account i just opened for testing my end. I tried everything from myside resetting browser, cookies, sign out, sing in, multiple times. Something seems to be wrong with my Account EA ID: AMREX I attached screenshots of Salesforce/Connect Flow How am I able to get help?

! EA ! And we All Want Battlefront 3 because Star Wars may seem like a joke to you guys now, but I’ll tell you this. Star Wars Fans Outnumber your large Battlefield player base by more than any of your projects. And look at this game, Star Wars galaxy of hero’s, and at how long this game has been active! And the Battlefront 2’s numbers and look at how it just keeps peaking and peaking even on May 4th! Listen I know what happened during those early years of Battlefront 2 and that was clearly your fault because of those Pay-To-Win games and I done the research, all of Battlefront’s games are the best video games ever made! These Star Wars games have lasted for ages and all it takes is the same amount of effort for your Battlefield games and then Ka-Boom money by the millions. A loyal player base, a large sum of money for you and Disney! What more do you need? Battlefront 2 has already organized a large massive scale 2026 community resurgence! This is so important to us as people that we all have finally set aside our differences in this wrecked world filled with evil, evil people, countries that hate us, leaders who are Dumps+Trucks+Stupid, and filled with so much war! As you would do this your Battlefield series will grow, But Battlefront 2’s numbers will be promising! Hello EA and FC community, first of all thank you for your efforts. I am a football fan who has been enjoying playing EA FC for a long time. Career Mode is especially the most important game mode for me. Among the rumors and leaks about the upcoming FC 27, the possibility of a Chairman Mode (Owner Mode) is what excites me the most. I have a few questions about this: Is it planned to add a “Chairman Mode” to FC 27 Career Mode, or is this purely a community rumor? If it is added, what kind of authority will we have as players in this mode—will we have full control over club finances, sponsorships, stadium management, youth development, and hiring managers? Is there any officially confirmed information or timeline from EA regarding the development of this mode? I believe this feature would bring a completely new level of strategy and depth to the game, and I would be very happy if any official statement or hint could be shared on this topic. Hello trying to get some help as can’t get through to no one on live chat on my Xbox my ea account I made it a long time ago logging in with email and password but it’s getting me to try and verify on recognised device I load up fc26 which my ea account is linked to and it’s not doing anything any help anyone???EA NextStep, a step back
I am starting to think that they know what they are doing, seeing that the forum was the only resource that popped up when I was researching a problem I was pleasantly surprised to see a "contact us" button at the bottom of the support page. Now I was fully expecting an AI assistant, at least before speaking with support staff or having a ticket created, but what EA has created is well beyond any other assistant I have ever had the displeasure of navigating. Every single prompt from EA NextStep comes with little to no regard of the information you entered into the window previously. Beyond stating your name multiple times be prepared to state your problem, game, and system multiple times in repeat. And for those of you as gullible as me, hoping, praying to at least have an actual ticket created and maybe get a chance to have another person review your problem, let me save you the effort. At the end of each session with EA NextStep it will prompt you to the EA "Self Help" guide where the AI chose an article for you to read and hopefully fix the problem yourself, the only problem, it doesn't actually listen to your problem. I was trying to solve the random EA app failure on PC and beyond having to give it all of the important information multiple times, I was offered a generic "game help" article, a "login help" article, and a "connectivity troubleshooting" article, none of which actually addressed the problem or the fact that I had attempted many of the steps those articles were suggesting before trying to find more help. If anyone has a solution to the EA app bug, I would be very appreciative, but I will not hold my breath on EA finding the solution, as the multitude of threads on and off of this site complaining about the exact issue I was having, and the EA proposed solution, if all else fails, factory reset, and the EA app and EA games are just not worth that effort.We need Mobile Tap sports baseball to comeback
Who else agrees? Played since before ea took over that game and was such a great game before and after. Every baseball mobile game I go to I see people in chat talking about tap sports baseball and how they came from that community and miss it, please Ea find a way to bring it back this game was many people’s childhoods and still are trying to find games as similar as possible, Rally behind me if you agree!
