Not getting what I paid for

Recently I paid for EA play for 6 dollars a month. EA took a dollar out my account and didn't give me the subscription? so I tried once more just for them to take ANOTHER dollar with no subscription again! i either want my two dollars you took or the subscription I tried to pay for, thank you for your time.

    Something is not right here. That 1$ charge is a card verification charge so the subscription charge should have gone through. We cannot help with this directly here on EA Forums though. Please make contact with an EA Help Advisor for assistance.
