Owned Games not transferring into EA Play

I have a mixture of games acquired through Epic (Battlefront II), Steam (The Sims 4), and Xbox Game Pass (Jedi: Fallen Order, Spore, etc.). However, only my games acquired through Xbox Game Pass are appearing in EA Play. Normally, having games in multiple places would not be an issue, but whenever I try to open Battlefront II, it tries to open EA Play, but the game will not run because the game cannot be found in EA Play. So I am constantly forced to log in and out of Origin and EA Play just to switch between games. How do I get the games I have to appear in EA Play?

    Hey @JenAndCocoa,

    I think I see what the issue is here. Since you have Game Pass, you can only access your EA Play games on the EA app.

    The two games that you own on Origin, you don't actually own via Origin. Like you said, one's from Steam, the other is from the Epic Game Store.

    I quickly checked myself, and while my EA games that I play through Steam are in my Origin library, they're not in my EA app library. If I'm not mistaken, other game launchers haven't been integrated yet into the EA app. As such, unfortunately, I don't think there's a solution for now, and you'll have to switch between the two apps. Hopefully this will be updated sometime soon.

    I own my Sims 4 games and add ons. I purchased most though the store and have the cases. I did purchase some through EA while using the Origin App. I cannot get the EA App to load beyond a blank screen without working at it and then today it popped up that I do not own the games I am trying to play. This is unacceptable. The customer service is truly lacking! There are too many people with the same complaints for the problem to be the customer, or the customer's computer.
