Permanently banned by a hacker

Hey, im making this post to say i have been permanently banned on my apex legends account on EA, Ive already contacted the advisors or at least tried and it says advisors can’t help with this issue, so basically someone hacked my account, this has been going on back and forth for almost a month, he finally was able to get my account back again and this time he banned it by cheating on pc, an appeal was already submitted so i can’t create one, if anyone can help me please do so. And look at what he said in the appeal
