price changes when you reach the payment point

I want to buy the Sims 3 package but it shows a discount of $9.99 but when I get to the payment point it shows $19.99 I need help

Hey isikyusuf99​ ! Have you tried purchasing it directly through the EA app on your PC or on the EA store website? Do you see the correct price before checkout? Also, just in case, try clearing your web browser's cache or testing it on a different browser.
