ive been having countless issues with trying to speak to an advisor! got opened cases which to speak to an advisor it says ive got to go onto resume case - but the resume case doesn't work and just crashes everytime, so ive now gone down a different route and finally found an option to "chat with us" but when you choose that option nothing happens...its like they dont want to deal with the issues
