Re: Cant play EA play with XBOX Ultimate

I am linked with my Xbox live account which has gamepass ultimate, and I can not download or play any games from EA on PC. The app keeps asking me to pay for the game or for EA play - which I paid for a year subscription ok Xbox and also have it for free through gamepass now anyway. 

i have not done anything wrong on my end. I have done the troubleshooting, and this seems to be a common issue with gamepass and ea on PC based on similar threads, yet there is no solution I can see from EA support to help in the responses.
