Finally, you can choose to begin a chat

It will not allow me to start a chat and if I click on email then it just refreshes the page. The option for chat is not even coming up.

Managed to be able to create a case by choosing a different option for my query, hasn’t helped though as I’ve just got the standard response to try everything I have already done. Hopefully they can just check the account, see what happened and rectify it, surely it’s that simple right?
