Re: Origin made me enter my product code, now EA won't let me use it

@KarlaA91 A while back, all cd versions with codes that were registered during the Origin days, were converted into digital downloads so you literally don't need the CD for any reason.

When a game doesn't show up, the first thing you want to do is go to the store. Locate the game and it will say either download or purchase. If it says purchase, the code is linked to another EA Account. 

However, if you go into your EA profile. and go under transactions, you can see any purchase or code redemption. If you are not seeing it, you would need to contact our live support in order for them to look up the code.
