I am sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with trying to get your double purchase refunded, or at least rectified.

While I might not be able to help you directly with this issue, you also mentioned that you're having issues with the EA app. Could you please elaborate on those issues?

Are you playing on a PC or Mac? What is/are the exact issues that you're experiencing with the EA app? Do you get an error code or anything?
